This 75 minute film by award winning Cornish/Scots writer, artist and filmmaker Timothy Neat addresses worldwide cultural & political issues at a time of crisis. With powerful originality, it presents hundreds of Neat’s own sketchbook drawings, in black ink and colour wash. He also wrote and speaks the commentary. This, like the drawings, owes much to the visionary thinker John Berger with whom Neat collaborated over forty years.
